My process begins with curiosity, not judegement.
Before implementing new systems or team-building prgorams, I start by listening. Each conversation becomes a window into how your company truly functions, what works, what stalls, and what silently asks to be seen.

Leadership Introduction - 2 hours
A focused conversation with leadership to understand the structure, challenges, and intentions of the company. This sets the tone for transparency and ensures that the Deep Dive aligns with your goals.
Individual Interviews - 1.5 hours per employee
Every employee who holds a company email, from sales to management, is invited to share their experience confidentially.
These one-on-one interviews capture how communication flows within and across departments, where bottlenecks arise, and what people wish others understood about their work.
Individual Analysis - 1.5 hours per employee
Each interview is distilled into an insight report reflecting the person's perspective, challenges, and contributions.
This stage transforms stories into structured understanding.
Collective Synthesis - 0.5 hour per employee
All individual insights are integrated into a single company-wide analysis. The result: a living map of how information and collaboration move through your organization, highlighting both strengths and communication blockages.
Presentation & Integration - 1 full day
I present the findings to leadership and key teams, translating patterns into clear, actionable recommendations.
This is not a lecture; it is a conversation that closes the loop, where understanding becomes a shared foundation for future collaboration.

My rate is €250 per hour.
As a reference, a company with 60 employees typically requires around 210 hours, totaling €52500,-.
