I have always been fascinated by the way people think, create, and connect.
As an engineer by education and a facilitator by calling, I have spent years moving between departments; technical, financial, and operational, and seeing the same truth repeat itself: communication is what makes or breaks any system.
Behind every process there are humans. Behind every misalignment, a misunderstanding. And behind every great result, a team that knows how to listen to one another.
I founded Rise Construction to bring these observations into a form of service, to become The Voice Between Departments, where listening is structured, and understanding becomes the new foundation for growth.
My background in Aerospace Engineering taught me to see structure, precision, and systems.
My work as a facilitator taught me to see people, emotions, and perspective.
Rise Construction is where those two worlds meet.
I treat communication like architecture, something that can be designed, tested, and strengthened.

Listening as a System
Every organization speak, but few know how to truly listen.
My process begins with structured listening, one-on-one interviews with every person who carries the voice of the company. From here, I map how understanding flows through the departments, identifying the points where messages distort, stall, or never arrive.
The result is not just another report, it is a blueprint for clarity, collaboration, and culture.
